This policy explains what information the ClauDeck website and the app handle, and the disclaimer that applies to their use.

Scope
This policy covers the ClauDeck website operated by K386 (the introduction page, the User Guide, and app downloads) and the ClauDeck app distributed here.
The operator accepts no liability whatsoever for any damage arising from the use of this app. The app and this website may be used only if you agree to this policy, including the disclaimer (see Disclaimer).
What we do not use
- No cookies. We do not store identifiers in visitors' browsers.
- No local storage. We do not keep browsing state on your device.
- No analytics tools. We do not use services such as Google Analytics.
- No ads or tracking. There are no tags for ad delivery or behavioral tracking.
- No accounts or forms. There is no screen for entering your name or email address.
- No external resources. All fonts, images and scripts are served from this site (k386.sub.jp).
What this site counts
This site counts only page views and downloads. To avoid counting the same person twice on the same day, it creates a value from your IP address and browser type that cannot be turned back into the original, and uses it for matching. This value is deleted after about two days. The IP address itself is not stored. The counts are not shown on the pages and are used only by the operator to improve the site.
Server access logs
As a standard feature of the hosting provider, the server may record the access time, IP address, browser type and similar details in its access logs. This is how web servers generally work, not something this site collects on its own. Update checks from the app may also appear in these logs.
These logs are used only for operational purposes such as investigating problems and responding to unauthorized access. They are not used to identify individuals, track behavior, or for advertising analysis. Retention and handling follow the hosting provider's specifications and terms.
About the app
ClauDeck does not send usage statistics or crash reports. Talking to the AI tools, drawing the keys and passing approvals happen only between ClauDeck's own parts running on the same Mac (the part that receives notifications from the AI tools, and the Stream Deck plugin), and do not leave your Mac.

Conversation content is not saved
ClauDeck receives approval requests and status through the notification mechanism of Claude Code, Codex and Antigravity. This data includes prompt text, the contents of files to be written, tool output and so on. By default, ClauDeck does not save any of it; it is used to draw the keys and pass approvals, then discarded.
What stays on your Mac
The following are created on your Mac. Settings and the activity log are saved with permissions that only you can read, and are never sent to the operator.

"Always allow" records for a session are kept only in memory and expire after 24 hours. ClauDeck does not modify the settings files of Claude Code or other tools for "Always allow".
If you use SSH remote
When you set up the remote feature, ClauDeck connects only to the host you specify. It does not go through the operator's servers or any third-party service. The private key used for authentication is not read into the app; only its file location is saved as a setting. Passwords and two-factor codes are not saved.
The operator can see only the aggregate page views and downloads of this site. There is no way to know how the app is used. When you report a problem, we cannot look up your usage, so please tell us what happened.
Sharing with third parties
This site does not collect information that identifies individual users, and the app does not send user information to the operator. The operator therefore does not provide, sell or share information about users with third parties, except where required by law, such as a legally based request for disclosure.
Disclosure and deletion requests
This site and the app do not collect or store information that identifies individual users. Even if you request disclosure, correction or deletion, the operator has no records corresponding to you.
The settings file and activity log created by the app are on your Mac, and the operator cannot see them. To delete them, follow How to uninstall. If you have questions or concerns about data handling, please see Contact.

The operator (K386) accepts no liability whatsoever for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damage, loss or corruption of data, failure of computers or peripherals, business interruption, loss of profits, or any other damage or disadvantage arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website or the ClauDeck app (the "App").
The App is provided "AS IS", without any warranty, express or implied, as to its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, usefulness, fitness for a particular purpose, or safety (including freedom from errors or defects). The results of approvals on your behalf, tool execution by AI, and communication such as SSH remote connections are entirely at your own responsibility and judgment.
By downloading, installing or starting to use the App, you are deemed to have agreed to all of this policy, including this disclaimer. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App and this website and promptly delete (uninstall) the App.
