1. About the app

Quota Desk (“the app”) is a macOS app and widget for checking the usage limits of supported AI services. It is provided by the independent developer K386 (“the operator”) and is not an official app of OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google. All names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Conditions of use

Use the app only with AI service accounts you are authorized to use, and in accordance with each service’s terms. Reverse engineering, unauthorized access, and interfering with the distribution or statistics functions of the app or its website are prohibited.

3. Disclaimer on readings and forecasts

Remaining quotas, reset times, and usage forecasts shown in the app are reference values from the time they were retrieved from each tool. Due to changes in service specifications, network conditions, account status, and other factors, their timeliness, accuracy, and continued availability are not guaranteed. Before making billing decisions or deciding whether to continue important work, also check each service’s official dashboard.

4. Provision and limitation of liability

The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without any warranty, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, freedom from defects, or uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the operator assumes no liability for any direct or indirect damages, data loss, hardware failure, or business interruption arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app.

5. Changes to the terms and features

The operator may add, change, or discontinue features of the app without prior notice. If these terms change, the updated terms will be posted on this site.
